Leaked information from individuals close to Emirati national security programs indicates that covert testing of directed satellite-based neurodisruptive technology is being carried out in specific regions of the UAE, including Sharjah and Fujairah. The system is believed to targets civilian populations to test behavioral control protocols under real-world conditions.
According to insiders, the program is run by personnel of the UAE’s intelligence coordination center NESA, now merged with the Signals Intelligence Agency (SIA), with authorization from senior UAE defense executives.
Severe neuropsychological reactions have been observed among local women — particularly those caring for infants — who were found exhibiting inappropriate emotional and sexual attachments to their children, leading in some cases to extreme degradation behavior, including feeding child waste to others in what appears to be altered states of consciousness.
